wow what a great summer so far! out west, up to the new england area...... good times! bahston was great everyone shold go there. so much to do and see. history everywhere sometimes feeling like over seas. man I wish we had a subway. we got to see 3 highest peaks ate really really good (to good sometimes) and had great surprises. we got to drive the whole state of mass. alittle in conn. and a dash in r.i. we went through the turn pike tunnel the morning before the celling fell. the driving in town was crazy, no signs, roads on maps that we don't think are real.
city role call: bahston, lee ( small towns too many to note), plymuth, and salam. we saw a rock, some weitches and peyerates, and losts of history. did get a chance to go jogging in plymuth in the morning.
we did not enter this building!
just for my dad, I loved thursday night when cheers would come on and dad would sing loud "wouldn't like like to go....." another favorite is the star trek monologe, and three dog night.
here is pooh looking like a model on the freedom trail. I really needed dad to tell me all of the history and stoires. we all felt like all of our history teachers were pissed, the whole time we were on the trial, and they didn't know why. sorry history, we have some homework.
what more could you ask for italian sasuage, beer, freakin fenway park and MY beautiful bride by my side. pooh really savd the day on this time. we spilt up from team leggetts and walked maybe till the third toe fell off, but we did get to take a water ferry, trying to find the stupid natural history museum. by the time we found it it was closing in 4 freakin minutes!!!!!!!!! where is a curb!!!!!!! I was ready to throw in my hat and call it a day, when my sug says hey lets go see fenway, I said it is sold out and far away and I thought na she is just tired and is loopy. but she says come on lets go. so I pick up my defeated butt and we jump on the subway (the T) the closer we get, the buzz grows. red sox shirts, the foam fingers then .....yes, face paint. man I was so exicited. before we knew it we were in the middle of thousands of people going to the game. like an army. so cool but it was sold out and oh well lets walk around anyway bam we are in and right behind 3rd base. god I love pooh! see was just a smiling and I was just a smiling we must have looked like newlyweds. what a great night. you could smell the grass and hear the crack of the bat and sit were so may have before you, damn it good times!
the big green monster was huge. so cool to see it in real life. next stop meca.
here is pooh luggin around her anchor. everything worked out with all of the transportation we only had to drop anchor only 50 times or so. pooh had a heck of a time keeping it on it's wheels. but do very sassy I might add!
sam adams was a perfect way to start the moring, nothing says buzzed like bacon bits beer. only at brewfest have I been a place where peole believe in beer more than the bible. we saw some neat stuff and a possible future for charlie's beard( do it don't listen to the wifer).
so enough.... bring on the next travel. I am ready!
